GROUP Reflection on Peak oil.

1. To work together as  group and share our information and understanding about peak oil.

2. We worked well, so we achieved what we wanted and finished the fishbone diagram with all the information on it. We got all the information together using ‘STEEP’.

a) Yes we did so that we know what to do as an individual and share our ideas as a group. One person doing ‘S’ in ‘STEEP’ and the other doing ‘T’ and so on. One of us was a whipcracker, the other was a. 

b) Everyone worked well against each other, we had a healthy communication. We clearly shared our idea with each other. We divided the work equally (e.g. Global, National, Future)

c) Yes we all have different parts of the group work to do and we all brought it together to the fish-bone diagram.

1. What was the key focus of this learning opportunity?
- To know how to work cooperatively with our group members and to apply our understanding of peak oil on the fishbone diagram together.

2. How did you work as a group?
a) Did you allocate specific roles?
- Yes so that we know what to do in our parts of the group element.
b) Did everyone work well?
- Yes we did, three of us did but not the other one.
c) Do you think you worked as a team?
Yes. Person A, B and C did, but not really person D because they did the research but did not really bother to do anything on the fishbone diagram.
d) Did you achieve your group success criteria?

3. What could your group have done to develop your teamwork skills?
- We could've worked together on everything and cooperatively at that since one of us didn't.

4. What did you learn from this learning opportunity?
- I learned more about peak oil using 'STEEP' and looking at the different perspectives and also how to communicate with other team members.

5. What value did this learning have?
- In future group projects we could master working together and collaboratively.

6. What could you have improved on your learning?
- To always understand what your writing and reading about and to always help other team members.

My Success Criteria's

- To finish my part on the fish-bone diagram.
- To get started on the describe and explain the N, G and F perspectives.

Peak Oil Personal Reflection:)

I think I did pretty well on my vlog, but I could improve on some areas like, I should have included 'social' in STEEP and I could have said more reasons why it was real. But, overall I did well and like my group had said I almost used everything in STEEP and they liked my support in my evidence I had given.
